Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy
Effective October 11, 2026. These terms apply to every rental from Carl Rental Works, 411 S 31st St, Temple, TX 76504.
Quotes and payment
Quotes list the unit, rental period, servicing, delivery, pickup, travel and Texas sales tax. Event rentals are paid in full when booked. Job-site rentals are paid per 28-day cycle in advance. Approved commercial accounts may be invoiced, payable within 15 days.
Rental periods
An event rental covers up to 3 consecutive days on site (for example Friday to Monday). A job-site rental is a 28-day cycle that renews automatically until the customer requests pickup.
Servicing
Job-site rentals include one service visit every 7 days: pump-out, cleaning, deodorizer and restock. Event rentals include a clean, stocked unit on delivery. Extra visits are $45 per unit per visit.
Renewal and proration
Each 28-day cycle is billed on its start date. If pickup is requested before the cycle ends, unused full weeks are credited on the final invoice.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Orders cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before delivery are refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours are refunded less the delivery charge. Once a unit is delivered, the event or cycle price is earned.
Site access and placement
The customer provides a firm, level spot reachable by a service truck, plus gate codes or keys. If a delivery or service cannot be completed because of a locked gate or blocked path, a $45 trip charge may apply. Placement on public streets or sidewalks requires the customer to obtain any city approval.
Damage, loss and misuse
The customer is responsible for units from delivery to pickup. Damage from vandalism, fire, vehicles driven by the customer's guests or crew, graffiti or disposal of prohibited items (such as trash, paint or construction debris) is billed at repair or replacement cost. Lost or stolen units are billed at replacement cost.
Pickup
Request pickup by phone or text. Event units are collected the next business day after the event. Job-site units are collected within 1 to 2 business days. Billing ends on the pickup date.
Weather
Units are not moved for routine rain. If storms or flooding make a site unsafe, delivery or service may move to the next safe day without charge.
